It would be an honor to accompany your journey of empowerment, self-discovery, and reconnection. My approach is collaborative and strength-based, with a focus in increasing self-worth, healing the effects of trauma, and navigating overwhelming life transitions.
I am particularly passionate about exploring social and cultural dynamics, as internal pain is so often in response to external constructs of power, oppression, and marginalization. For me, good therapy and social justice go hand in hand.
I have a broad background with degrees in Music and Religious Studies, service as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Benin, West Africa, and experience teaching and counseling children ages 3-18. My life experience offers a unique openness to the varied dimensions of the human condition and expressions of personal identity.
