It would be an honor to accompany you on a journey toward empowerment, self-discovery, and authentic reconnection. My clinical approach is deeply collaborative and strength-based, designed to help you increase self-worth, heal from past trauma, and navigate overwhelming life transitions.

Our work will look at your life through a broader lens. I am deeply passionate about exploring systemic, familial, and cultural dynamics, recognizing that internal pain is so often a direct response to external constructs of power, oppression, and marginalization. For me, meaningful therapy and social justice are inseparable.

My path to this work brings a unique openness to the varied dimensions of the human condition and the fluid expressions of personal identity. My perspective is shaped by degrees in Music and Religious Studies, my service as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Benin, West Africa, and years of experience teaching and counseling youth ages 3 to 18. This diverse background allows me to meet you with profound empathy, systemic insight, and a deep respect for your unique history.
